What is your shipping policy?
Your item will ship in 3-5 business days from purchase date (most of the time sooner than that). Expect longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number for your package.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
All of our items are carefully packaged to make sure this does not happen, but in the event that it does happen, contact me with a picture attached within 72 hours, and I will happily send you a replacement!
Can I cancel my order?
I do accept cancellations. Contact me within 12 hours after purchasing to let me know you would like to cancel.
